Update 2/2021 Outdoor winter brunch, pretty good setup. Heaters overhead might be preferable... but it was bearable on a 34° February Sunday. Reliable brunch spot in Nomad but BUSY so make a reservation! Staff can seem a bit overwhelmed during the height of brunch but good service and good food.
Went here for brunch on one of those randomly nice days for NYC and it was very good. Food was tasty and drinks were refreshing. I love a good steak and some Oysters. It gets pretty busy around lunch time so def make a reservation before arriving. There is a waitlist that was kinda long but walk in is welcomed.
Went for brunch. Delicious food. Friendly service. Would go back & def recommend! EDIT: Went back to this spot I loved. Food was cold, for all 3 of us. Service was awful. You must put your mask on every single time they serve you anything! So if you're in the midst of chewing your food, you need to hurry up, eat, swallow & put your mask on- as the server will stand nearby watching & waiting for you to finish. Very unpleasant experience and would not return..
A MUST try spot in NYC! I have been to The Smith for brunch and dinner, and neither meal disappointed. The food as always been amazing, and the service relatively quick. I also love the atmosphere and decor, and most importantly, the bar! Their handcrafted cocktails was one of the best I have had in a long time. Highly recommend this place for amy meal!
If you like great restaurant interiors, or tile for that matter - this spot is for you! I visited The Smith while I was staying across the street at The Empire Hotel. The service was excellent, the food was really great too! I started with a Bloody Mary, ordered the Eggs Benedict - and finished with a Cappuccino.
